Privacy Policy
Effective 9 October 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Seoul Plant Service ("SPS", "we"), a sole proprietorship based in Dangjin, Republic of Korea, handles personal information.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you send us by email: name, company, job title, email address and phone number.
- Business documents you share for a pilot or subscription, which may contain names and contact details of people involved in a project.
- Basic server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and request time. This website uses no cookies and no analytics.
2. Why we use it
- To answer inquiries and provide pilots, subscriptions and support.
- To issue quotations, invoices and other documents required by law.
- To keep the website and Services secure.
3. Service providers
- Google Workspace for email and documents.
- Netlify for website hosting.
- Anthropic, through the Claude API, for processing project documents when you use the Services.
These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the Republic of Korea.
4. Retention
Inquiry emails are kept for up to 3 years. Pilot documents are deleted within 30 days after the pilot ends unless agreed otherwise. Records required by tax law are kept for the period the law requires.
5. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing, as provided by the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. Send requests to the contact below and we will respond without undue delay.
